Job Description
Talent Manager Bellville Cape Town
Our Software & Engineering / Technology client in Bellville Area is looking for a Talent Manager EE role from the Software Technology industry – a MUST. The main purpose is to Lead and manage all aspects of talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains highcalibre employees that align with business objectives.
Salary: Up to R456 000 CTC (Include Medical aid and Provident fund) – Hybrid role (3days office and 2 days home) EE position
Min Requirements
Degree in Human Resources
35 years plus years’ experience in a similar role as Talent Manager with the Software and Engineering environment.
