About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee field operations and lead wellhead service teams. Candidates with line experience in oil and gas are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily field operations for wellhead services.
Lead teams in wellhead installation maintenance and testing.
Coordinate with clients to meet project needs and adjust schedules.
Resolve operational challenges and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Allocate resources effectively including personnel and equipment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. engineering business administration).
Minimum 1 year of line experience in oil and gas field operations.
5 years in operations management or a leadership role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the oil and gas industry.
Valid driver s license and ability to travel to field sites.
Preferred Qualifications
Combat arms military veterans with leadership and problemsolving experience.
Familiarity with wellhead services and field operations.
