Dispatch Executive

We are Hiring Dispatch/store Executive for Manufacturing Industry!

1. Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

2. Material Receipt and Storage:

Receive inspect and store incoming materials and supplies.

Verify receipts against purchase orders and invoices.

Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.

3. Material Issuance:

Issue materials to production departments as required.

Maintain accurate records of material issuances.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines.

4. Logistics and Coordination:

Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

Arrange transportation for outgoing shipments.

Collaborate with production planning team to ensure material availability.

5. Safety and Security:

Maintain a safe and secure storage environment.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

6. Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of inventory receipts and issuances.

Generate reports as required.

Requirements

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Location: Madurai

1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Technical Skills: 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access). 2. Experience with database management systems (DBMS). 3. Familiarity with data entry software and tools. 4. Basic computer troubleshooting skills. Typing Skills: 1. Minimum 40 words per minute (wpm) typing speed. 2. High accuracy rate (95% or higher).
