Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement storage and distribution of medical supplies and equipment for home health care.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to meet patient needs.
- Monitoring Emedics behaviour and their requirements
- Ensuring all the devices given to Emedics are well maintained.
Delivery Management:
- Schedule and coordinate with Emedics for timely collections at homes.
- Collaborate with delivery personnel to ensure proper handling and customer service.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with health care regulations and standards including safety and quality protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments inventory and delivery schedules.
Data Analysis:
- Utilise logistics software to track inventory and shipments effectively and OT.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance including delivery timelines and inventory accuracy.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the timely availability of supplies for patient care.
- Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve any logisticsrelated issues.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for enhancing logistics efficiency and reducing operational costs.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions within the logistics framework.
Skills we are looking for:
- Candidates who have experience of fleet management. Experienced in handling on Ground Team.
- Managing their daily operations & delivering good Cx experience.
- Maintaining a good relationship with the ground team to tackle on ground critical situations.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organisational and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who can also speaks Kannada
Metrics for the role:
- Driving Emedic OT at >95%
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or excess.
- Organise and schedule transportation for deliveries to various healthcare facilities.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with health care regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain documentation related to Emedic Incentive Exits and others if required.
- Identify opportunities for improving logistics processes.
- Implement best practices to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
