Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency and scalability of the company s processes.
- Lead the design and implementation of effective business strategies plans and processes.
- Optimize resource utilization and ensure compliance with industry best practices policies and standards.
- Develop KPIs dashboards and reporting systems to monitor business performance and achieve operational targets.
- Strategic Growth & Planning:
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define the company s strategic roadmap.
- Drive revenue growth through operational excellence innovation and optimization of existing services.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities trends and strategic partnerships to expand the business.
- Assess organizational performance against both annual budget and longterm strategy.
- Technology & Product Management:
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align operational initiatives with product development.
- Ensure smooth product delivery cycles enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage datadriven insights and emerging technologies to improve processes automation and platform performance.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting and risk management in alignment with the company s goals.
- Drive cost optimization profitability and margin improvements without compromising on quality.
- Manage program finance including revenue cost management and financial KPIs.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead mentor and develop highperforming teams to support business growth.
- Foster a collaborative and agile culture that encourages continuous learning and development.
- Oversee HR and talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by implementing clientfocused processes and addressing pain points.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and in public forums.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Technology or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 20 years of experience in operational leadership roles with at least 8 years in senior management.
- Proven track record in scaling operations and driving growth preferably within the HR Tech SaaS or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of HR technology platforms SaaS solutions and digital transformation.
- Handson experience with strategic planning process optimization and technologydriven operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L budgeting and cost controls.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highgrowth environment with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
