Job Description
We are looking for a talented and proactive UI Lead to join our team and oversee the development of highquality user interfaces. The ideal candidate will guide and mentor a team of UI developers ensuring that deliverables align with user expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of UI developers ensuring the delivery of highquality user interfaces that satisfy user and business requirements.
- Collaborate with external clients and internal stakeholders to shape the architecture design and planning of UI solutions.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to convert product requirements into outstanding user interfaces.
- Establish and maintain the UI design system including components patterns and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure UI designs are both feasible and optimized within the React framework.
- Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends and technologies implementing them to enhance user experiences.
- Clearly communicate design choices to stakeholders across various departments including product and engineering.
- Manage timelines and resources effectively to ensure ontime delivery of UI components.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute individually at a framework level.
- Identify and create reusable UI components to boost development efficiency.
- Develop responsive crossbrowser user interfaces using HTML and CSS.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications as necessary.
- Integrate REST APIs to ensure seamless application performance.
- Produce highquality code in line with established organizational standards.
- Enhance code quality through unit testing and thorough debugging.
- Offer guidance to team members to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Conduct code reviews and refactor as needed to maintain high standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in UI development with a strong emphasis on React.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring design teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of React and best practices for user interface development.
- Strong communication collaboration and presentation skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with design systems and UI component libraries is an advantage.
Working Experience:
- Extensive experience with React Redux TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and related technologies with the ability to analyze design and develop code.
- Understanding of micro frontend architecture using module federation.
- Strong core JavaScript skills.
- Knowledge of REST Web API integration and security practices.
