About the department:

IT Dept. is responsible for IT infrastructure and Business system such as deskhelp network constructure information security and sales management system etc.

As Business Analystyou will:

1. Collect and analyze business and users requirements identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process;
2. Communicate with local businessinternal/ external stakeholders onsystem Q&A providing training to key users;
3. Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning implementation upgrading optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
4. Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
5. Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department;

Your profile:

1. Bachelor degree or above fluent English and mandarin speaking other European language is a plus.
2. Excellent logical judgement communication and organization skills.
3. 1 years of business system relatedwork experience.
4. Independent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
5. Structured and goal oriented attitude
6. Analytical curious and proactive mindset
