Job Description

Our client is a leading logistics company specializing in freight sales and supply chain solutions across Europe.

With a strong presence in Budapest our client is dedicated to expanding their reach and maximizing revenue opportunities in the freight sales industry. To support this growth they are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join their team.

Description:

The Business Development Executive is important in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones. This role focuses on identifying revenue opportunities coordinating with the operational team to secure additional loads and ensuring excellent service delivery. The position requires a proactive resultsoriented professional with exceptional communication organizational and problemsolving skills.

In collaboration with the sales and operational teams the Business Development Executive will design tailored solutions for clients ensure accurate bookings analyze market trends and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining uptodate client information in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to explore all business opportunities.
  • Generate new business leads and meet sales targets aligned with KPIs.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify and secure additional loads.
  • Analyze profitability and performance of customer orders and projects.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough CRM records of all client interactions and opportunities.
  • Submit comprehensive sales reports highlighting potential growth areas and challenges.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate concerns to management when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent; a focus on logistics or transport is a plus.
  • 23 years of sales experience ideally within logistics or transport operations.
  • Proficiency in English and an additional European language.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong communication organizational and problemsolving abilities.
