The Project Manager & Executive Assistant will work directly with Gyrgy Gattyn the Founder of Docler Holding.
Gyrgy Gattyn the Founder of Docler Holding is looking for a quick witted and hands on Project Manager & Executive Assistant who would like to be part of a dynamic company and enjoys tackling the challenges that come with a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate is someone who gets inspired by a fast paced and innovative environment and has a keen eye for efficient execution.
- Work under the direct guidance and supervision of the Founder & Owner of the Group on various companywide and cross departmental projects monitor those projects from inception to execution.
- Be accountable for and align multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously across all business functions.
- Support the Founder & Owner in decision making prioritize task lists and proactively take on tasks.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of tasks by the management team and ensure the optimal functioning and reporting of the various departments within the company.
- Monitor and supervise the progress of the projects and ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
- Implement and effectively communicate the vision and strategy of the company.
- Manage relations with external partners internal stakeholders and the leadership team.
- Document and distribute detailed meeting recaps with actionable next steps.
- Ensure the routing for approval and review of all materials.
- Prepare presentations concepts analyses and communicate effectively with senior management.
- Any additional task required by the Founder & Owner.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
- 5 years professional experience required preferably in a fastpaced environment
- Work experience abroad is a must
- Open to travel with a base in Hungary
- Outstanding analytical problemsolving and organizational skills
- Demonstrated success of project management and KPI tracking preferably within a startup environment
- Experience in working with senior leadership team
- Expert knowledge of project management principles and applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian with focus on crisp concise and effective communication French is a plus
- Proactive flexible pragmatic with a cando mentality
- Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with multiple parties internally as well as externally
- Experience in working with executives is an advantage
