Senior Accountant

Client is a trio of companies in the industrial level HVAC systems space. Sister companies include duct fabrication/installation and electrical.

Role Description:

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Senior Accountant at Client in Warwick RI. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for daytoday financial tasks including preparing financial statements analyzing financial data and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

Financial Reporting & Analysis skills
Knowledge of Accounting Regulations and Compliance
Accounting Software Sage Intaact and BuildOps (preferred not required).
Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills
Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA not required.
Experience in Construction Accounting including AIA billing and WIP reporting.
Experience with prevailing wage (union) payroll a plus.
