Job Description
Work Arrangement: Work Onsite daily
Shift Schedule Restdays: US Business hours
Nature Of The Account: Dispute calls (PIONEERING) Banking/Finance domain
Site Assignment: Cebu City
Educational Requirement:
- Atleast 2nd year College undergraduate
- Vocational Diploma (2yrs.)
- Associates Degree (2yrs.)
- College Graduate
Work Experience:
1. Preferably has exp in banking domain (US banking)
2. Experience handling cards a plus
3. With minimum of 35 years work experience in Training and mentoring facilitation
with exp in banking managing disputes investigating disputes
