About the Position:
Were seeking a passionate and skilled Live Scribe Trainer to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial part in elevating our scribing services by developing and delivering effective training programs for our team members. Additionally you will provide valuable administrative support to ensure smooth operations. If you have a talent for teaching and a commitment to excellence we want to hear from you! Primary Responsibilities:
Training:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing scribe team members.
- Create comprehensive training materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Teach live scribing techniques in a smooth and engaging manner ensuring participants feel confident and enthusiastic.
- Foster an interactive learning environment during live scribing sessions making the experience enjoyable and effective.
- Compile reports on training effectiveness and participant progress.
- Conduct candidate vetting to ensure the selection of qualified trainees.
- Support the team with general recruiting duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in live scribing with a mastery of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong training and facilitation skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality that connects well with diverse individuals.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous growth and improvement.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage training materials and participant progress effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Certification as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant from leading agencies demonstrating expertise in healthcare administration and support
