Amusement Business
Our arcade game business covers a diverse product lineup including video games prize machines such as UFO Catcher and various medal games like horse racing bingo and pushers. We develop manufacture and sell these products.
In the merchandising business we plan develop produce and sell character merchandise prizes lotteries and other products for overseas retail.

Initiatives for New Business Creation
Our group has created numerous forms of entertainment. Leveraging our capabilities as a comprehensive entertainment group and a global studio structure we actively engage in creating new businesses.

    At the headquarters HR department which oversees domestic and international group companies (including those in Europe the US Taiwan South Korea Singapore and others) you will be responsible for the following tasks. Please note that the Group HR Division is a newly established department and we are actively recruiting staff.

    Global HR Governance Duties:

    • Planning and managing HR for overseas group companies collaborating with local management and HR departments (including promoting company values managing HR KPIs designing and managing compensation including executive compensation and coordinating engagement initiatives)
    • Supporting overseas group companies (disclosure of human capital system design and visualization of HR information)

    Global Mobility Operations Planning:

    • Planning and managing HR systems related to overseas assignments (compensation various support systems etc.)
    • Managing assignees returning from overseas improving operational processes and implementing safety measures for international assignments

    Management Duties:

    • Managing a team of 2 to 3 members (including performance evaluation development and progress management)

Minimum Requirements

    • Experience in global HR (HR systems and processes).
    • Proficiency in businesslevel English.
    • Over 5 years of practical experience in HR operations.
    • Experience in team management.

Preferred Requirements

    • Experience and knowledge in overall HR and labor affairs at listed companies or companies with group subsidiaries and affiliates.
    • Experience in project leadership and project management within the HR planning department.
    • Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities.

Annual Salary:JPY Based on experience ability and previous work experience
