Primary Purpose:
As the Group Product Manager you will be responsible for the P&L of assigned products supervise a team of Product Managers or Product Specialists and manage the product lifecycle. You will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and customers ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the product lifecycle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- P&L Management:
Oversee profit revenue market share and pipeline management for assigned products. - Team Leadership:
Lead coach and retain Product Managers or Product Specialists. - Product Lifecycle Management:
Develop product strategies commercialization plans capacity/demand management and pricing excellence. Conduct market analysis and intelligence. - Stakeholder Liaison:
Engage with customers manage pipelines provide product training and travel to customer locations as needed.
Scope:
Report directly to the Senior Group Product Manager with interactive supervision and guidance. Accountable for metrics such as profitability revenue and SalesForce pipeline value. Global accountability for assigned product families. The role involves both tactical and strategic responsibilities including pricing technical support and market evaluation.
