Job Description

Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with IT support troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Help in maintaining and managing the companys network infrastructure.
- Participate in system upgrades installations and configuration of hardware and software.
- Support the ICT team in monitoring and improving cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation for IT systems procedures and issues.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric certificate with a relevant IT qualification or currently studying towards one.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks hardware and software systems.
- Strong problemsolving skills and an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic IT tools is a plus.
