Sherbet Agency is a leading digital marketing agency that drives impactful and innovative campaigns for clients across a variety of industries. Were looking for an HR Graduate to join our team. If you feel that this is the position for you we want to hear from you!
The position is based in Bedfordview and will be full time onsite.
Skills :
As an HR Graduate Intern you ll play a key role in supporting the daytoday operations of our busy HR Department.
You ll work closely with our HR Manager and be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR Department.
Roles include but not limited to:
General HR Administration
Recruitment administration (i.e posting new vacancies prescreening scheduling interviews etc)
Employee Wellness (curating activities for our Culture Committee)
Rolling out of compliance documents
Ensuring all employees have signed compliance documents
Drafting Job Descriptions
Updating the HR system with employee information
Supplier liaison and management
Admin and event support
Any other duties as requested
