About the role
Are you passionate about Supply Chain and eager to kickstart your career in the Supply chain industry We are seeking a detailoriented and driven Supply Chain Intern to join the team. In this role you will assist with a variety of tasks including logistics inventory management and supplier coordination learning how each link in the supply chain contributes to overall efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills gain handson experience and work with industry professionals.
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies
- Diploma/Degree in Supply chain management/ Logistics/ Procurement
- No work experience in Supply Chain required
- Confidentiality ethics integrity and professionalism
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles logistics and inventory management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of supply chain software (e.g. SAP Oracle) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Eager to learn and adapt to supply chain trends and technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking inventory levels order status and shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock levels
- Support procurement activities by helping with supplier research purchase orders and vendor coordination
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings
- Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and optimize distribution routes and delivery schedules
- Help prepare reports on inventory delivery performance and other supply chain metrics
- Support daytoday administrative tasks including data entry and documentation management
