We are looking for a dynamic proactive and selfstarting Graduate to join our graduate interns!
The successful candidate will work closely with our Technical Team learning the essentials of IT Technical Support operations and service excellence.
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Log tickets on our system based on priority and impact.
- Review incoming tickets in for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Organize and refine the ticket descriptions.
- Confirm ticket classification (e.g. incident service request) and validate priority levels.
- Assess ticket details to ensure all necessary information is provided before dispatch.
- Provide assistance with client queries.
- Assist with technical coordination duties.
- Monitor dashboards for ticket statuses and SLA compliance.
- Support the escalation process.
- Maintain detail and accurate record of client interactions and ticket process.
- Assist with managing the ticket lifecycle.
- Gain hands on experience with our systems and tools.
- Develop a strong understanding of service coordination and delivery.
- Accurately process all call and ticket details as well as service requests.
Requirements
