Role: Delivery Manager (Banking and Financial domain)
Location: Atlanta GA
Duration: Fulltime

Required Prerequisites:
- Prior delivery leadership with distributed teams
- Experience working and navigating in a multivendor environment
- Experience managing contractor and subcontractors leading them to common.
- Expert in at least one technology vertical and aware/able to speak to end to end modern technology landscape (digital architecture)
- Level headed calm under fire able to conflict and bring winwin solutions
- Capital Market experience with functional knowledge of Broker dealer or Swap dealer area (FX Derivatives or fixed income or Equities any area is fine)
- Actual project/program delivery in capital markets with exposure to at least some of the platforms like calypso Murex WSS Kondor LoanIQ Fenergo Broadridge Misys Bloomberg etc
- Domain competence in one or more areas like Derivatives FX capital markets regulations/compliance client onboarding Syndicated Loans
- Willingness to be bridge between on site and off shore during overlapping hours in IST and US EST time zones
- Judgment and ability to be selectively handson to resolve issues and determine when to delegate to drive outcomes through others
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience with multiple delivery models including outcomebased fixed price solutions under agile and iterative
- Ability & experience in working & responding to RFPs in Calypso and other Capital Market related technology and functional areas
Ideal Candidate will also have the following technical experience in a delivery management role:
- Java and/or DotNet
- Calypso and other popular Capital Market products
- Middleware Mulesoft MQSeries
- Large enterprise with multiple surround applications supporting operations and various business units
- Experience in innovating to creatively articulate solution options to address customer business use cases and problem statements
Responsible for:
- On Site Resource Management hiring
- Ensuring successful project delivery
- Developing and maintaining alignment to business and IT leadership objectives
- Building confidence in delivery organization and methodology
- Leading track verticals through assigned onsite and offshore track leads (peer offshore delivery managers PMs Scrum Masters)
- Minimizing any friction between offshore and onsite delivery
- Standing in front of any service or delivery issues to objectively navigate RCA and problem resolution internally and with customer stakeholders to achieve a winwin outcome
- Adherence to customer enterprise standards and contractual obligations
Resource Management Expectations:
- Hiring onsite team members to meet customer commitments within budget constraints
- Mentoring and developing direct reports
- Leveraging Learning and Development team to ensure employees are optimizing their continual learning
- Aligning culture to optimize employee sense of purpose and values to motivate
