Job Description
Title: Foreign Exchange Production support Lead
Location: Atlanta GA onsite 1st preference or REMOTE with travel once a month
Duration: Fulltime opportunity
Requirements
- Financial environment: Foreign Exchange & Derivatives market Trade Life Cycle.
- Good communication written/Oral and experience in vendor coordination
- Able to liaison between Application Development team & Business to report incidents and efficiently work on application upgrades.
- Able to work with technology groups in analyzing/addressing problems and issues related to complex system components and processes.
- Providing technical support using Database (SQL/Oracle). Good SQL writing skills.
- Able to lead as a single frontline owner for all production incidents and issues relating to FX applications until resolved
- Able to Participate in incident/problem management calls to ensure all incidents are resolved business impact is minimized and all root causes are identified with risks mitigated.
- Able to analyze system backup and security setup coordinating with various technology groups.
- Any experience in WallStreet Systems (ION Trading) Calypso Corona (SmartStream) FIX/TOF adapters Active Batch BARX 360T FxAIIEBS Bloomberg.
- Assisting teams with planning and testing of application configuration and database changes and installation of upgrades and patches and update production support.
- IT environment: UNIX JAVA Active Batch Service Now.
