Job Description
Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data creating financial models and providing insights to support strategic decisionmaking. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills proficiency in financial software and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and create detailed financial reports and models.
- Monitor financial performance by tracking key metrics and identifying trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budgeted figures.
- Support monthend and yearend closing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Proven 24 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of financial software (Excel SAP Oracle Famous or etc.).
- Experience in Agriculture Manufacture or Construction industry is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional certification (CFA CPA) is a preferred.
