Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified IT Solution Architect with specialized expertise in the development and design of Microsoft Dynamics Sales (CRM) architecture. This role is critical for ensuring the successful integration and technical design of complex systems within a dynamic project environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting Microsoft Dynamics Sales solutions across multiple projects along with the necessary certifications to validate their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and development of Microsoft Dynamics Sales (CRM) solutions.
  • Design and implement the technical architecture for integrating multiple systems ensuring seamless interoperability.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and document architectural standards and guidelines.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for CRM architecture and integration.
  • Ensure that all architectural designs align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Review and assess existing system architectures proposing enhancements and optimizations where necessary.
  • Participate in project planning and contributing to the overall technical strategy.

MustHave Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the development and design of Microsoft Dynamics Sales (CRM) architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing the architecture of Microsoft Dynamics Sales (CRM) across at least 3 projects.
  • Practical experience in designing the technical architecture for the integration of at least 2 systems in these projects.
  • Possession of an internationally recognized certificate confirming qualifications as a System Architect (Solution Architect) or an equivalent document.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Additional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or related technologies.
  • Experience in leading architectural teams in largescale complex environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
