RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the team to ensure performance motivation and welfare;
- Set quarterly and annual goals aligned with company objectives;
- Foster a culture of growth by both learning from and teaching team members;
- Engage with product technical leads stakeholders and facilitate technical discussions; Perform development tasks including programming refactoring and code reviews;
- Work with PHP using the latest tools and technologies enforcing coding standards and best practices;
- Design develop and maintain web applications ensuring clean and testable code;
- Troubleshoot issues identify solutions and apply effective code review practices.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 12 years of IT team (>5 people) leading experience;
- At least 5 years experience in development including creating and maintaining complex IT B2B systems;
- Extensive knowledge of PHP Symfony OOP MySQL API integrations and Git versioning system;
- Experience in setting up Local & Staging/Production environments and applying security best practices;
- Working with agile teams experience understanding Agile development principles;
- Excellent communication selfmanagement problemsolving leadership and mentoring skills;
- English proficiency.
PREFERRED:
- Management Team Lead trainings/courses passed;
- Solution Architect skills and experience (or certification);
- Coaching skills.
- Lithuanian language is required
