Role overview
- Partner with hiring managers to support CAST AIs shortterm and longterm headcount growth plans
- Manage a complete recruitment cycle ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract highcaliber candidates
- Provide coaching and guidance to hiring teams on best practices to ensure their success
- Commit to ongoing professional development and learning.
Requirements
- Successful track record of closing both technical and nontechnical roles on an international scale (preferably EU US APAC markets)
- Demonstrated passion for sourcing interviewing and continuously improving your craft
- Experience attracting a diverse talent pool
- Solutionsoriented mindset with the ability to address challenges and drive progress
- Strong English skills.
