You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist an individual contributor to join our global team at Softeq. In this role you will be developing hiring and sourcing strategies based on strong market knowledge including direct search elishing relationships with IT professional networks and employer branding activities.
You will be a Trusted Advisor for our business stakeholders. You will be also responsible for guiding candidates from the very beginning of the process to the offer stage with the best candidate experience in mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborating with our Talent Acquisition Team to implement recruitment strategies for our Corporate and Tech roles across the global organization
Creating and managing compelling job postings that accurately reflect the companys culture values and opportunities
Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Utilizing various channels including job boards social media and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates
Conducting initial screenings and essments to evaluate candidates technical ss experience motivation and cultural fit within the organization
Scheduling and facilitating interviews ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
Preparing job offers and onboarding of New Hires
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and talent requirements
Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Staying informed about industry trends salary benchmarks and competitor practices to provide valuable insights for recruitment strategies
Preparing recruitment reports and metrics
Participating in other staffing related activities
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 4 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter
Exceptional interpersonal and communication ss
Proactive problemsolving ss and a resultsoriented mindset
Flexibility adaptability and high autonomy level
Understanding of the IT field its vocabulary and dynamics
Experience working with data ytics and reporting
Ability to deliver results at short notice by being highly proactive
Creative thinking well organized and initiative person
Competitive drive strong work ethic tenacity ambitious whatever it takes attitude
Desire for constant selfimprovement
Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fastpaced environment
Strong written and spoken English ss B2C1
