Job Description

Designation Sales Executive (Commercial)

Experience 0 1 to 05 years

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the solar EPC market. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients partners and industry stakeholders.

Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process. Understand and articulate the technical benefits and features of our solar EPC solutions to clients.

Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver detailed and accurate proposals including technical specifications cost estimates and project timelines. Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs and requirements of clients.

Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs answer queries and address any concerns. Provide technical and commercial advice to help clients make informed decisions.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments. Use this information to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering procurement and project management teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and project delivery. Facilitate smooth communication between all parties involved.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize contracts and secure project agreements. Ensure that all contractual obligations are clearly defined and met.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports including performance metrics pipeline status and sales forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or a related field.

Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles within the solar energy or EPC sector.

Strong understanding of solar PV systems EPC processes and energy solutions.

Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to translate complex technical information into clear compelling proposals and presentations.

Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
