Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team focused on applications development for cyber competitions. In this role you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design develop and deploy software applications that support cybersecurity challenges and competitions.
Responsibilties:
- Design develop and maintain software applications tailored to cybersecurity challenges.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define requirements and deliver highquality solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design implementation testing and deployment.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing code reviews and continuous integration.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in software development preferably in applications development.
- Proficiency in programming languages.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and frontend technologies.
- Experience with database management systems and cloud services.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing challenges for or actively participating in cybersecurity competitions (e.g. CTFs cyber exercises).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms particularly AWS.
- Proficient in C# Typescript Markdown or other ubiquitous languages.
