Customer Service Executive

We are hiring Customer care representative for our client based in Pune Hinjewadi.

Job Role / Designation: Customer Support process.

Mode of Work (Onsite/WFH/Hybrid): Onsite Work from Office

Project: US Telecom Project

Working Days: 5 days per week / split week off

Industry Pref: BPO

Geography (Domestic/International): International

Customer care representative: more than 6 months experience.

Sr. Customer care representative: more than 18 months experience.

Requirements

Communication: Excellent Communication skills who can speak with US natives

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of International BPO voice exp

Should have computer and Internet knowledge / knowledge of Billing queries

Experience Type: B2C

Education: UG drop / Any Graduate

Must Have: International voice process

Cab facility: Available Both Side (deduction of 500 per month in Pune)

Shift Timings: US process night shift will be there but agent should be ok with 24*7 / rotational shifts.
