Job Description:
As a MandarinSpeaking Medical Administrative Assistant you will focus on patient outreach and hotline management. Your role will be vital in improving patient access to care particularly by helping fasttrack and schedule appointments for a specific group of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient outreach via phone to provide information and schedule appointments.
- Manage and respond to patient hotline inquiries offering assistance in scheduling and other patient needs.
- Assist in tracking patient progress and ensure followup appointments are completed.
- Provide administrative support related to patient records and referrals.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure efficient and timely patient care.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in EMR systems and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient interaction.
- Ability to manage a patient hotline and fasttrack appointment scheduling.
- HIPAA certification or willingness to obtain it promptly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fulltime availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
