Internal Sales Representative (Mutual Funds)
We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative for our client in the insurance industry. In this role you will focus on promoting Wealth Management solutions to financial advisors building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

Hourly salary of $44 to $47 based on experience.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 4 days in office per week.

Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outreach making approximately 10 value calls per day to advisors promoting wealth management solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors focusing on investment and business prospecting opportunities.
Schedule and lead meetings with advisors providing comprehensive agendas and valuable insights.
Utilize a strong understanding of financial markets mutual funds ETFs and other wealth products to offer tailored solutions.
Balance the demands of sales targets with relationship management consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement proactive businessbuilding strategies.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor strategies to innovate in your approach to sales and marketing.
What you will need to succeed:
University degree in a related field preferred.
Completion of industryrelated courses (CSC IFIC CFP) is an asset.
1 year of experience in financial services with knowledge of wealth management products (mutual funds ETFs) and global financial markets.
Proven sales and business development skills with strong negotiation and consultative abilities.
Effective presentation and communication skills able to engage various audiences.
Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
Interest in technological advancements to enhance sales efficiency.
Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
