Ensure 100% remittance of cash collected from customers.
Ensure 100% asset repayment according to expected targets.
Conduct daily checks on remittance defaulters and engage the recovery team once the defaulting timeline is exceeded.
Serve as a liaison between Gigmile and the captain as well as being the first point of contact for the captains.
Ensure swift issue resolution relating to captains onfield and offfield issues and swift escalation to external stakeholders when required.
Foster a strong relationship between Gigmile and the platform(s) by being the point of contact for all communications during the run of the partnership.
Requirements
13 years of professional work experience preferably in the asset financing or loan recovery industry.
Previous experience in customer relationship management
Excellent communication listening and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Problemsolving skill.
Attention to detail
Bachelors degree in any field
