POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role focuses on achieving sales goals in a designated territory through maintaining current customer relationships and acquiring new clients. The role involves identifying and developing sales growth opportunities and exploring new markets. The Bilingual Sales Representative acts as a key corporate ambassador nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Account Management:
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with key decisionmakers.
- Promote sell and secure orders from existing and new clients.
- Create and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Quickly resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.
- Offer technical support and guidance on company products.
- Track monitor and manage client accounts to meet sales targets.
Reporting:
- Maintain uptodate CRM records with quotes and customer interactions.
- Review and analyze monthly sales reports providing feedback on performance variances.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Postsecondary diploma or degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a sales role.
- Bilingual in French and English.
REQUIREMENT:

- Preferably an engineering background or technical understanding.
- Excellent professional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Energetic and resultsoriented with a proven track record.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
- Strong time management organizational and planning skills.

- Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems.
