Job Description
- Lead organization and leadership development efforts, collaborating with leaders to address root causes of people related organization issues. Mentors HR managers to lead changes in assigned area(s).
- Review and coach organizational leaders and HR staff to resolve employee relations issues using a systematic approach. Resolve leadership level employee relation issues.
- Collaborate with corporate HR leadership on the development and of company-wide programs and initiatives identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes (e.g., annual review, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational change).
