A team focusing on business solutions in claims management is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and contribute to essential projects that involve the development of business solutions for claims operations.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in managing projects analyzing business needs delivering solutions conducting tests and providing ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within business solutions or across departments including daily tracking of progress planning and budget monitoring.
• Analyze business needs design solutions and define requirements to guide IT teams.
• Define testing strategies create test plans and execute test scripts.
• Deliver and support implemented solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between IT and other departments like legal marketing etc.

Profile

• University degree (Business/Commercial Engineering Applied Economic Sciences IT) or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
• Critical thinker with attention to detail.
• Proactive and solutiondriven.
• Comfortable working under deadlines.
• Capable of organizing tasks and working independently while regularly reporting to management.
• Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player.

• 58 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience creating and executing test plans and scenarios (58 years).
• Familiarity with IT technologies and architecture (58 years).
• Experience as a Product Owner (25 years).
