Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements creating detailed documentation and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Elicit analyze and validate business requirements through various techniques such as interviews workshops and surveys.
- Identify and document functional and nonfunctional requirements ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications or user stories and guiding the development of software or system solutions.
Documentation:
- Create clear and concise documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs) functional specifications documents (FSDs) and user stories.
- Maintain uptodate documentation to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
- Ensure documentation is easily understandable by both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline workflows.
- Analyze current processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with teams to implement process changes and measure their impact.
- You will be responsible for collaborating with QA teams to validate developed solutions ensuring they meet business requirements.
Stakeholder Interaction:
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication channels.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
AI Utilization:
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity and decisionmaking.
- Explore opportunities to automate tasks and improve data analysis.
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and best practices.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent documentation skills including BRDs FSDs and user stories.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile Waterfall).
- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ability to analyse complex data sets identify patterns and derive meaningful insights to support decisionmaking and problemsolving.
- Understanding of business processes workflows and industryspecific knowledge to align solutions with organisational goals and strategies.
- Capability to identify issues evaluate alternatives and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
- Ability to adapt to changing project scopes priorities and timelines while remaining focused on delivering quality outcomes.
