Your missions
As a Talent Acquisition Manager in collaboration with the HR Manager you are responsible for developing and implementing our talent acquisition strategy providing a bestinclass candidate experience. Your tasks include:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in various roles the majority being techcentric roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and educate them on best practices in recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and making an offer
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to position Wiremind as an employer of choice in the industry
- Oversee and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure effective use of resources
- Utilize datadriven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring metrics
Your profile
- You have 3 to 5 years of successful sourcing and recruiting experience either in a recruitment firm and/or inhouse recruitments in a fastpaced context
- You have experience with both inbound and outbound profiles
- You are able to prioritize your work and have a strong customercentric mindset
- You have a strong knowledge of startup and SaaS culture/landscape in particular for technical profiles
- Fluent in English and French with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in leveraging social media community sites and internet sourcing platforms to find hardtoreach candidates
- Wellorganized structured and ability to work on numerous recruitments simultaneously
