Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Insurance)
Our client in the insurance industry is hiring entrylevel Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in both English and French who are eager to start a career in insurance. Comprehensive training will be provided including full support in obtaining the necessary insurance licenses.

Hybrid work: 3 inoffice days (Tuesday to Thursday) and 1 Saturday per month.
Work schedule from Monday to Friday 8:00 am. to 9:00 pm and 1 Saturday per month from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Company covers all exam fees and study materials for the OTL license (4 weeks onsite class)

Responsibilities:
Understand customer insurance needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Quote and sell Home and Auto insurance policies.
Assist new customers with their Home and Auto insurance needs.
Service existing customers by updating their policies to meet changing needs and offering new products as required.
Drive strong customer retention by delivering a worldclass customer experience.
Underwrite new business policy endorsements and renewals by gathering all necessary information for pricing and risk analysis.
Stay up to date on underwriting standards and regulatory guidelines.
What you will need to succeed:
College diploma or university degree is an asset.
OTL or RIBO license is an asset.
Willingness to obtain an OTL (Other Than Life) insurance license training and exam are provided.
Sales and customer service experience.
Strong communication problemsolving and selfmanagement skills.
Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
Ability to learn new software and match products to customer needs.
Training Program:
The training class is conducted together as a group ensuring full support and guidance.
Training class begins in October (exact start date to be confirmed).
Training includes a 4week program with 2 weeks dedicated to onsite OTL licensing training (Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm).
