The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with a senior agent focusing on setting up meetings from property leads and farming an extensive database of investors for potential property sales opportunities.
This is a officebased position located in Cape Town CBD.
Responsibilties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients primarily focusing on setting up meetings with property owners and investors.
- Leverage an existing database of investors to identify new opportunities for property sales.
- Qualify and nurture leads from properties currently on the market scheduling meetings for the senior agent.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and interactions with clients.
- Collaborate with the senior agent to help close deals and support the sales process.
- Meet and exceed targets related to lead generation and appointments set.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build longterm relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in telephone sales preferably within real estate auctions or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work well as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
