Job Description

Duties:
Receive clients requests& claims providing support to resolve their cases.
Onboardclients& ensure theirfamiliaritywithAmanleek aftersales benefits.
SendSurveys to evaluate client purchase experience feedback.
Engage with clients on regular basis with updatesreminders etc.
Conduct research on customer experience to get client s feedback when needed.
Contact clientsforrenewal offers and renewing their policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
