Hi
I m the direct recruiter for a remote Operations Coordinator with a leading environmental inspection services company 400% growth! SoCal company.
Pay to $30/hour or more
Guaranteed remote hours:
TF 17pm PST 8am2pm; 3 Satudays/month
As Operations Coordinator with The Testing Agency ( ) you will interact with clients & vendors ensuring fulfillment of orders/effective communication between all parties. New jobs come in at all times so you would be a people person quick on your feet pleasant and an effective communicator.
HIGHLIGHTS:

Promptly respond to referring Water damage company client requests
Collaborate with external partners for service delivery
Provide timely communication and updates to clients & company inspection team members
Update and maintain client and service records in our system
Address client inquiries with professionalism
REQUIREMENTS:
Positive/Proactive Demeanor: upbeat cando attitude & passion for improving client experiences/streamlining operations
Strong Prioritization/Resilience: Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously without becoming overwhelmed
Excel in prioritizing duties effectively under pressure to meet deadlines/client expectations
DetailOriented: Seek precision in tasks with a focus on accuracy/thoroughness
Exceptional Relationship & Communication Skills: Able to build/maintain strong relationships understanding their value to our business
Proficiency in Data Entry/Computer Applications
Experience in Coordination/Client Service Role a plus
Multitasking in a dynamic environment
Previous experience in the restoration industry preferred
