Job Summary:
The Head of Strategic Alliances will lead efforts to identify develop and manage partnerships in key sectors such as Proptech Fintech HRTech Legal Tech and real estate. This role is crucial in driving growth enhancing service offerings and supporting business expansion through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify potential partners in Proptech Fintech HRTech and Legal Tech sectors negotiating favorable agreements that align with business goals.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing product development and finance teams to ensure partnerships support organizational objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to discover trends and opportunities for enhancing products through collaborations.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with contractual terms.
- Project Oversight: Lead the and management of partnership initiatives ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Performance Monitoring: Track analyze and report on the success of partnerships adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 46 years in strategic alliances ideally within housing finance fintech or proptech sectors.
- Skills: Strong negotiation project management market analysis and communication skills.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams of Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis software.
