Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all restaurant staff including hiring training and performance evaluation.

- Develop and implement efficient operational procedures.
- Manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling inventory control and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the restaurants budget.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Marketing and Sales:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Manage the restaurants online presence and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Food Safety Certification (preferred).
