Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our companys daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all business functions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to improve overall performance.
Manage daytoday operations including supervising staff allocating resources and monitoring budgets.
Drive business development initiatives to increase revenue and profitability.
Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.
Oversee process improvement efforts to streamline operations.
Lead project management activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
Engage in strategic planning to set goals and objectives for the organization.
Prepare regular reports presentations and analyses for senior management highlighting operations performance challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration operations management or related field
Proven experience in an operations management or similar leadership role
Solid understanding of business operations including logistics HR components and process improvement methodologies
Proven experience of handling multiple office locations and expansion efforts and call center management experience (preferred)
Past experience in hospitality industry (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skilled in process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in strategic planning and .
