Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across various channels (traditional and digital) to promote clients products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing sales creative) to understand brand messaging and target audience needs
  • Oversee the creation of compelling and effective advertising materials (print digital social media)
  • Manage advertising budgets and negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and placements
  • Analyze campaign performance identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI)
  • Stay uptodate on the latest advertising trends and technologies
  • Manage and mentor a team of advertising professionals


  • Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns across various channels
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advertising software (e.g. Google Ads social media advertising platforms)

    Minimum 1 year of experience in advertising marketing or a related field. Proven track record of success in developing and managing ads across google, facebook, tiktok etc. Strong understanding of advertising marketing concepts, best practices, and tracking methods. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Partner, Impact Radius, Google Analytics). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Data-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving results. Passion for marketing and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels
