Job Description
- Collaborate with customers to select specify and qualify products according to customer and industry standards in industrial commercial research construction manufacturing gas exploration biotech power and chemical/petrochemical sectors.
- Draft edit and review documentation supporting design changes based on general instructions shop or CAD drawings fluid system schematics P&IDs blueprints or diagrams.
- Provide technical support to the sales team including preparing quotes and handling orders. This role involves customer site activities within the company s territory.
- Engage in continuous improvement education and professional development in line with company programs. Utilize technology to enhance and streamline work processes.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in fabrication assembly or manufacturing.
- Extensive experience with SolidWorks.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in interpreting customer applications to develop P&ID and fluid schematics.
- Ability to understand and learn the features and benefits of various product families and their manufacturing processes.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities working in a dynamic team environment and using various systems and quality processes to handle complex and changing requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.).
