Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

As a Mortgage Loan Processor you will efficiently process mortgage applications ensuring all required documentation complies with Australian regulations. You will utilize systems such as Broker Engine Flex and AOL to manage loan processing tasks effectively.Key responsibilities include handling mortgage settlements and discharges with a focus on accuracy and timely completion as well as processing construction loans and overseeing progress payments. You will be responsible for interpreting Australian payslips to complete bank service calculators and managing paperwork related to the First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) and First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS).


Job Description:
  • Application Processing: Efficiently process mortgage applications ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with Australian regulations.
  • System Utilization: Utilize Broker Engine Flex and AOL systems to manage loan processing tasks effectively.
  • Settlement Management: Handle mortgage settlements and discharges maintaining accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Construction Loans: Process and manage construction loans including coordinating settlements and overseeing progress payments.
  • Payslip Interpretation: Read and interpret Australian payslips to accurately complete bank service calculators.
  • Valuations and Pricing: Order property valuations and complete pricing assessments with precision.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain strong organizational skills and time management to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Communicate professionally with clients lenders and solicitors providing updates and resolving any inquiries.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently managing multiple applications simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.


Requirements

  • 2 Years relevant experience working for an Australian mortgage broker.
  • More than 2 years of handson experience with Broker Engine Flex AOL systems.
  • More than two years of solid experience in Australian banking processes mortgage settlements and discharges.
  • Over two years of experience with construction loans including settlements and progress payments.
  • Over two years of experience reading and interpreting Australian payslips to complete bank service calculators.
  • Have experience in FHOG and FHLDS schemes with lenders & paperwork
  • Know how to order Valuations & complete pricings
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to make professional phone calls to clients lenders and solicitors
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications in a fastpaced environment.
