Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Director to lead our information technology department. The IT Director will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals and driving the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives.
  • Technology Leadership: Provide leadership and direction for the IT team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers networks and data centers.
  • Cybersecurity: Ensure the security of the companys IT systems and data implementing robust cybersecurity measures and protocols.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects ensuring timely and withinbudget delivery.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget ensuring costeffective use of resources.
  • System Integration: Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards including data protection and privacy laws.
  • User Support: Provide highlevel support for ITrelated issues ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the training and development of IT staff ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to support the companys technology needs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure cybersecurity and project management. Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in IT management software and tools.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker resultsoriented and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities.
