Job Description
We are a worldleading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Fleet Quality Control (Health Check) Officer to join our team. Our teams are collaborative vibrant and fastgrowing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that customers are utilizing Cartracks innovative services to their fullest potential.
- Conduct service status evaluations and liaise with customers to ensure maximum service uptimes
- Arrange schedule repairs or preventative maintenance ensuring that the necessary numbers of fleet vehicles are available at all times
- Prepare daily service level statistics and report exceptions where required
- Escalate enquiries to relevant departments and ensure that solutions are implemented in a timely manner
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
- Proficient in English and Bahasa
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Handson and a positive attitude
- Technically independent with good initiative
- Strong analytical problemsolving skills with an outofbox approach in providing solutions
