Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by acquiring potential clients to grow the companys customer base.
- Conduct comprehensive onsite surveys and project yses to fully understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain and foster strong relationships with existing clients while continuously building new networks.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.
- Leverage a broad network and connections with key decisionmakers in relevant companies to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field (S1) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction fitout processes and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) systems.
- Proactive communicative and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
- Must possess valid SIM A and SIM C driving licenses.
- Willingness to work in the Jabodetabek Bekasi Cikarang Karawang Serang Cilegon and surrounding areas.
- Familiar with working under targets and able to consistently achieve them.
