Join Our Team as a Japanese Quality Assurance Analyst in Lisbon Portugal!
Were seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure topnotch content standards across audio video text and photos. As an expert in quality guidelines youll play a key role in refining assessments and ensuring consistency. Position: Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards acting as the goto expert for guidelines
- Review and rate various content types providing written justifications for your evaluations
- Collaborate in calibration sessions contributing to team alignment and improvement
- Conduct peer audits and assist in training new team members
- Handle multiple assignments independently meeting all KPIs to ensure smooth business operations
- Work closely with the team to share best practices and insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
- Eligible to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or residency)
- Detailoriented with strong analytical skills and a logical approach
- Excellent communication skills able to present your reasoning clearly and concisely
- Comfortable with G Suite tools especially Google Sheets
- Willing to work flexible shifts (Monday to Friday 40 hours/week)
